About the gallery
Galerie Zlaté rybky is an intimate artist-run gallery and studio space on Plachého street in the heart of České Budějovice. Its foundation lies in the work of Šárka Hanzálková, Libor Hanzálek and Barbora Hanzálková, who founded the gallery in 2000, complemented by pieces from a circle of fellow artists.
Here, in a single space, ceramics and porcelain meet paintings, prints, glass, jewellery, woodcarving and enamel. The gallery takes the form of a permanent selling exhibition — visitors can discover and choose original works for their interior, for a collection, or as a personal gift that is anything but mass-produced.
